Clever installation process and survey

According to the Apartment Ownership Act, to install a Clever, the apartment owners must decide either at an apartment owners' meeting or through a survey. The vote of 50% +1 apartment owners who have voted in favour is sufficient to make the decision to install Clever in your building.

To carry out a survey of the apartment owners in your building, you need to contact one of our specialists who will give you detailed instructions on how to carry out the survey and answer any questions you may have.

Submission of the initiator of the survey to the management company regarding the decision taken by the owners of the flats in the building to install Clever and to accept the new methodology for calculating heat consumption.

The questionnaire cannot be edited without the approval of a Slever employee.

Each vote requires a separate questionnaire

Only the owner of the apartment or an authorised person is allowed to sign the questionnaire.

The signatory shall write his/her name legibly in full on the questionnaire, without abbreviations.

A majority must be obtained - that is
50% +2 votes (1 in reserve).

After the required number of votes has been collected, the initiator of the poll checks, prepares and submits the minutes to the polling company.

After submitting the documents, an official reply from the service company is expected.

Important to know

To install Clever in your apartment, you must:
Wi-Fi
Radiators must have a bypass
Radiators can be of any size and model, but must be fitted with thermoregulators or taps (valves) that shut off the heat

Conclude an individual contract

After the owners of the apartments in the building have taken a decision, You can sign an individual contract for the installation of Clever in your apartment, subject to prior agreement.

Samaksa

Once you have agreed and signed the individual Clever installation contract, payment is due either in one instalment or in instalments. In the case of an instalment contract, the design and installation of the installation will be carried out after the first payment.

Details of the payments and their deadlines are specified in the contract.

Installation

After the installation of the equipment, a Clever Equipment Acceptance and Handover Certificate is signed
