SYSTEM CLEVER operation (principle of operation)
A wireless temperature sensor on the vertical heating system reads the temperature of the heat carrier, processes it and transmits it via a radio signal (Wi-Fi client) to the server.
Safety instructions
SYSTEM CLEVER must be installed and serviced by personnel who have mastered occupational safety regulations.
Storage and transportation requirements
SYSTEM CLEVER must be stored and transported at ambient air temperatures from +5 to +70 C and Relative humidity: from 5% to 90%.
Warranty obligations
The warranty for SYSTEM CLEVER is valid for the duration of use from the date of installation, provided that the installation and operating instructions are followed. Warranty repairs may be denied if external mechanical damage is found on the device.
The warranty does not apply to batteries.

RISK ASSESSMENT
To identify the hazards/risks associated with the product Clever CLVTMP, risks can arise to people, property, animals, such as electric shock, energy risks, fire, heat risk, fall, charging, battery, SAR (specific absorption rate), EMI (electromagnetic radiation), EMC (electromagnetic compatibility), transmitted power, radio interference and so on. Therefore, all aspects have been assessed from the safety, EMC, radio frequency, SAR point of view and comply with the basic requirements.
In accordance with the tests and assessments carried out, the risk has been reduced to a minimum.
The manufacturer of the product CLVTMP must comply with the manufacturer's recommendations and operating instructions. Information on low risk is clearly stated in the user manual, for example:
In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia, the buyer is provided with the SYSTEM CLEVER declaration of conformity and user manual.
Conclusion: All anticipated risks, when using the product in accordance with the basic requirements of RED 2014/53/EU, have been taken into account by applying the relevant standards.
In 2022-2023, the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of the Republic of Latvia conducted an inspection of the SYSTEM CLEVER equipment and documentation for compliance with European Union standards.
