SYSTEM CLEVER functioning (operating principle)

On the vertical heating system, a wireless thermosensor will read the temperature of the heat carrier, process it and transmit it via radio signal (Wi-Fi client) to the server.

Safety instructions

SYSTEM CLEVER must be installed and serviced by personnel trained in occupational safety.

Storage and transport requirements

SYSTEM CLEVER must be stored and transported at ambient air temperature between +5 and +70 C and Relative Humidity between 5% and 90%.

Guarantee obligations

The SYSTEM CLEVER lifetime guarantee is valid for the period of use from the date of installation, provided that the installation and operating instructions are followed. Warranty repairs may be refused if external mechanical damage is found on the device.

The warranty does not cover batteries.

Voltcom group OÜ Reg. No. 12151556. certifies that the radio equipment SYSTEM CLEVER CLVTMP (EU Type Examination Certificate No.243907-2023-07-2023-230188) complies with Directive 2014/53/EU and Regulation No.360 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia.

RISK ASSESSMENT

To identify the hazards/risks associated with the Сlever CLVTMP product, risks to people, property, animals may occur, such as electrical shock, energy risks, fire, thermal risk, drop, charge, battery, SAR (Specific Absorption of Radiation), EMI (Electromagnetic Emission), EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility), transmitted power, radio interference and so on. All aspects have therefore been assessed from the point of view of safety, EMC, radio frequency, SAR and meet the essential requirements.

According to the testing and evaluation activities carried out, the risk is minimised.

The CLVTMP manufacturer must follow the manufacturer's recommendations and instructions for use. Low-risk information is clearly stated in the user manual, e.g:

• Avoid connecting the appliance to poorly earthed appliances, which can easily cause electric shocks.

• Avoid hot or direct sunlight, which can easily cause overheating or fire.

• Clear instructions on the prohibition of using this device in hospitals and on airplanes are provided in the user manual in plain language.

• Clear instructions on the correct use of the device are provided in the user manual in plain language.

• Clear instructions on the explosion hazard of the appliance are provided in the user manual in a language you can understand.

• Clear instructions on radio frequency protection are provided in the user manual in plain language.

In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia, the purchaser is provided with a declaration of conformity and user manual for SYSTEM CLEVER.

Conclusion: All foreseeable risks when using the product in accordance with the essential requirements of RED 2014/53/EU have been taken into account when applying the relevant standards.

In 2022-2023, the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of the Republic of Latvia carried out an inspection of the compliance of SYSTEM CLEVER equipment and documentation with European Union standards.
