Residents of multi-apartment buildings who have not had the opportunity to install individual heat meters in their apartments until today can now regulate the heat themselves and avoid overpaying thanks to Clever. One of the advantages of Clever is independence. The decision to use the Clever system is made by the building owners, but the decision to install it in the apartment is made by each individual. Residents who do not install Clever in their apartment do not pay for Clever maintenance.
